Registration and Cancellation Policy: Advance registration fees must be paid by 5:00 pm three (3) business days prior to event or guaranteed by the AMEX, Visa or MasterCard credit cards. Any reservation made after this time will be considered on-site registration. Cancellations must be received by the registration deadline three (3) business days prior to event. Cancellations received after this time and no shows will be billed.
