Jennifer has been a tremendous addition to the Utah Chapter with her enthusiasm and involvement, we look forward to great things in the future for this year’s Rising Star. |

Beth Belt Leadership Award
Laura Cappel – Snowbird Resort
Laura first joined MPI Utah Chapter in 1997 and became a very active MPI member serving on committees and on the Board. In 2000 she was nominated to the President Elect position. While her official position on the Chapter Board came to an end a year ago, fortunately for us, she has remained committed to the Chapter. Laura has continued to be a tremendous resource for the current Board as well as individual members. Laura exemplifies the criteria for the Beth Belt Leadership Award. |

President's Award
Annette Swan – University Park Marriott
Annette is a professional in every sense of the word. She has been a great mentor to many members with her support and encouragement. She has done much for the MPI Utah chapter. While serving as the President of MPI Utah in 1999, the chapter experienced much growth and development under her leadership. Annette has a great spirit and cares more about the person than the project and her positive outlook on life is infectious to all members. |
